Jonathan Michael Brown, 26 of Delano, TN was indicted by the Monroe County Grand Jury in its November session. He is being held in the county jail on $25,000 bond. A Monroe County, Tennessee Grand Jury met on June 11th and took only a matter of hours to return an indictment against Kenneth Erick Waldrop.  The first degree murder charges were read when Waldrop was arraigned in Monroe County Criminal Court on Monday, June 22nd.
