Grand Jury returns murder indictment

A Monroe County, Tennessee Grand Jury met on June 11th and took only a matter of hours to return an indictment against Kenneth Erick Waldrop.  The first degree murder charges were read when Waldrop was arraigned in Monroe County Criminal Court on Monday, June 22nd.
